Home sweet home. Had a lovely run today (ish) although I was tired before I even started, so the run became hell from mile 13, needless to say it took me over 4 hours to finish,

So enough said. However Connemara is heaven and it never ever fails to disappoint as one of the most beautiful places in the world to run. Over and out……..
